I remember this incident very well. The story as related to me by Tom was that Sam went out to give that punk Lobsinger hell and either got punched or hit in the face with a protest sign. When I saw Sam come home the next day he had a big bandage over one eye. A few years later I saw Lobsinger protesting outside Holy Name Church on Van Dyke. As I rode past him on my 10 speed Schwinn I called him a @#$%^!@# and sped off.
